1) Eligibility for Returns

  • Return or exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Final Sale, customized/personalized, or hygiene-sensitive items are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

2) Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled before processing or shipment.

  • Once an order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. Please contact us immediately for assistance.

3) How to Return or Exchange

  1. Email support@lovyngift.com with your order number and proof of purchase to obtain return authorization.

  2. Repack the item securely in its original packaging, including the receipt.

  3. Complete and include the Returns Pro-Forma Invoice Form we provide.

  4. Ship the package to the return address supplied by our support team. (Unauthorized returns may be refused.)
